DIE LUBRICANT
Silicone-based Die Lubricant
With modified silicone oil, we are able to produce stable water-based release agent with optimum release performance for all types of die casting machines. Brighter part finishing with good paint-ability is our key to gain customer's confidence.
Silicone free Die Lubricant
With natural and synthetic polymer materials, our silicone free die lubricant is designed for strict customer's requirement, such as Hard Disk Drive (HDD) and special electronic parts.
Synthetic-based Die Lubricant
Minimum spray with optimum performance with our latest synthetic-based die lubricant development.
PLUNGER LUBRICANT
Oil-based Plunger Lubricant
Mixture of mineral and synthetic oil additive with enhanced lubricity, it's able to prolong the lifespan of plunger tip and plunger sleeve and cleaner working environment too.
Graphite-based Plunger Lubricant
Graphite dispersion in oil provides good lubricity and optimum protection to plunger tip and plunger sleeve system.
PLUNGER PELLET
Plunger Pellet: Graphite & Non-Graphite
Modern technology of dry lubrication with capillary effect that will cover large area of the plunger system with minimum dosage applied.

HANANO Fire Resistant Hydraulic Oil (HFD-U 46/68)
Hanano HFD-U is selected from niche synthetic base stock for optimum fire resistance performance. HFD-U is ideal for die casting operations where high temperature & fire hazards are present. Enhanced with advance additives, HFD-U provides superior anti-wear protection, high oxidation resistance & system cleanliness in demanding die casting operations. HANANO HFD-U is biodegradable & environmental friendly.
